Repair
In Traditional Chinese Medicine it is believed that the Liver governs the tendons and ligaments, and the Kidneys governs bone and fluids of the joint.
Repair helps encourage healing by tonifying the Liver and Kidney, increasing circulation to tendons and ligaments to promote them being strong, flexible and supple. Increase of the production of blood cells promotes generation of flesh for wound healing and strengthening of the sinews and bones.
