My horse leaves all three on except the front right. He takes that one off everyday. Maybe it is a fashion statement
My gelding hasn't been able to remove a single boot by himself thanks to the 3 inch wide velcro that is used on these boots!! His legs finally have a chance to heal up from all the fly bites since he was constantly removing other brands.
I purchased 3 sets of these boots. 2 sets of the knight warrior for my quarter horses and one set the mighty warrior for my donkey. I love the bright colors and durable design. So far they seem to be holding up very well with my horses (turn out 24/7 with barn access). No wear marks and very few times getting them off. My donkey on the other hand is a Houdini at getting the boots off. If I can get the boots to stay on her, I’d be happy! Important to note: even with her constantly getting them off, they are holding up great! I highly recommend these for the horses but am skeptical for donkeys. I hope these boots hold up for the rest of summer and more to come.
